Since 1968, Town & Country Inc., Realtors, has been helping people buy and sell homes. We are the oldest firm in the Jackson marketplace. After every transaction, a nationally known third party company surveys each buyer and seller to determine how we’re doing. Currently we’re at a 97% satisfaction rating. Mortgages The starting place in buying a home is to be qualified. Thus, we offer an mortgage service accomodations which help prospective buyers identify the best loan for themselves, and also it allows them to make an offer and be on equal footing with a cash buyer. The Family Relocation Center In 1989 Town & Country was the 52nd company in America to open a Family Relocation Center. The purpose of this center is to help newcomers lower the stress involved in relocating. We have consultants who will answer questions and advise newcomers of the best loans available, provide information about schools, and assist with accounting and legal questions that might be peculiar to Tennessee. Property Management/Rentals We are the dominant company in our marketplace in managing and renting residential properties. Currently we manage several hundred homes, duplexes and apartments, and we enjoy helping people who are not quire ready to buy.
