Richard has a degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin in Chemistry. His first career was working with Goodyear Tire and Rubber. Richard’s career spanned 34 years and at his retirement he held the position of Director of Quality and Process Technology for the two Regions in Europe.

Richard started his second career by graduating from T.R.E.E.’s (Tennessee Real Estate Education System) and completing thirty hours of post-license real estate education. Professional affiliation includes Central West Tennessee Association of Realtors (CWTAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
